From LOCAL to GLOBAL
Strengthening, Networking, and
Capacity Building of Youth-led Activities for the Right to a Clean and Healthy
Environment
This three-and-a-half-year
project, funded by Terre Des Hommes (TDH Germany) and the Federal Ministry of
Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) Germany, began in 2023. It aims to
advocate for the right to a healthy environment for youth in South Asia through
a three-pronged approach: Knowledge, Action, and Influencing (KAI). Key activities
include organizing active youth at the state level, promoting climate education
at the national level, and supporting corporate development and social action
initiatives for climate protection.
