SAHAKARYA is a CWISH program that is focused on advocacy, awareness raising and capacity building of partners. CWISH think the development initiatives by NGOs can be just a model; it is the state who should take the responsibility of development. Thus all the development programs should be mainstreamed or integrated within government programs and for this government institution must be capable enough to handle it, which needs capacity enhancement.
Working with existing institution and harnessing existing resources and mechanism is very effective to have change with development perspective in terms of sustainability, accessibility of larger groups and cost effectiveness as well. Thus to promote such kind of initiative, CWISH has developed this section to carry on activities with the existing government non government institutions with the title “SAHAKARYA” which meant in Nepali language “Working Together…………..”.

Initiate to develop environment of working together for development changes on development issues and agendas with government and non government agencies.

- Promote environment of working together among NGOs and GOs.
- Enhance capacity of government/non government agencies and grass root level peoples’ groups to respond development issues and agendas.
