How can I sponsor a child?
CWISH has put several case stories of children along with their photo. Just click on sponsoring child to find it. Just select a child, and click on sponsor. You will get an application form, fill it and jus send it.
How can I know my sponsored child is going to school or training institute?
CWISH will send photo and school certificates of the sponsored child to you in every three months by mail and postal both.
Can I have direct communication with my sponsored child?
In Nepal the postal system is not so good that’s why it might be problem that you directly send letter to your child, but you can send your personal letter and gift to your sponsored child through CWISH postal address and CWISH volunteer would deliver it to the child. You will get a photo that child had received your gift.
Will child write me letter?
Yes, the child would write you letter in different occasions such as Nepalese feast and festivals and English festivals. The child would send you a gift every year from Nepal.
Are there any other benefits that I get from sponsoring a child?
Yes, you would receive regularly CWISH e-news and you would be updated about situation of Nepalese children and new programs of CWISH frequently through e-mail.
Can I sponsor with my money on the name of my family or friends?
Yes you can. But you must be the financially responsible person.
