DEEP (Development Education and Empowerment Program)
Education Makes Salvation


DEEP is CWISH Educational program. Education is the primary step of development. Education educates, empowers and opens the door of further development of an individual and whole society. Education must be meaningful, accessible and interesting that has certain relation with development issues and empowerment of the learners.  Therefore CWISH does not think education is just as an way to make learner capable of literacy and numerical skill, rather it demands education for behavioural changes and for making people to have an alternative skills of living. 

Thus CWISH has named it’s educational program as Development Education and Empowerment Program (DEEP).

All people accessing meaningful educational opportunities without any constraints.


Mission
Promote educational opportunities through strengthening formal non formal vocational educational system, organizing educational programs and raising awareness among people on the importance of education. 


Objectives

  • Ensure Formal Non formal and vocational education and trainings for all at all level.
  • Strengthen formal non formal and vocational educational System in line to development and empowerment.
  • Aware and sensitize people on the importance and right of education and it’ relation to development.
  • Identify the practices, gaps and strength of education in Nepal
