Education is the main component of CWISH activities for social development, CWISH believes on the strength of education to change on the life of individual and the structure of societal power hierarchy. 

CWISH through this program run Non Formal Education, Promote children and youth accessibility to Formal School Education, Strengthen local government school and enhance their quality improving and enabling the role and action of School Management Committees, Parents' - Teachers' Association and Children's Clubs; Organize Vocational Skill Training and Business Skill Education.
