AANGAN is a CWISH program on promoting participation of Right Holders in programs and services since planning to monitoring evaluation including implementation. AANGAN is a Nepalese term, which meant Portyard. As Portyard is typically used to gather and talk, CWISH found it suitable for such program.

Empower Right holders and promote enabling environment to have meaningful participation of right holders.
Objectives
- Enhance Right holders capacity to have animated participation on the development programs targeted to them.
- Sensitize stakeholders on the Needs, Rights and Benefits of having meaningful participation of Right Holders
- Study on practices and their strength and gaps on promoting participation of Right holders
- Organize different advocacy and awareness programs on promoting participation of Right Holders
